Every relationship needs to start with mutual understandings and a list of each party's must-haves, right? In this stage, we get into it!
For the first two weeks, we outline how our way of serving customers like you provides your facility or institution with a seamless transition to Front Range Long-Term Care and give your staff step-by-step instructions to succeed with confidence. During this time we cover EMAR needs, deliver transition fills as needed, and work toward our first full-facility cycle fill. We are all ears and ready to cater to your unique needs.
Phase 1
Getting your staff fully confident in ordering and maintaining their patients' medications is our number one priority for this two week period. We will meet with your MAs, QMAPs, and care teams in order to educate them in our fill process, how our meds arrive at your facility, and best practices for ordering new or existing medications that are not part of the routine cycle fill.
Our pharmacists also connect with the providers that service your residents and learn how to best support the way they care for their patients. Collaboration is essential to success, and we are happy to help in any way we can.
PHASE 2
We have reached that moment when it all starts coming together. Over the next two weeks we will be sending your facility's first full cycle. Whether you've decided you would like it to arrive in stages or all at once, we make the delivery on time and accurately. We work with team members to clear out overstock in medcarts and accurately arrange new supplies.
Switching pharmacy providers can be a huge undertaking, but we have you covered and promise to exceed your expectations. If you want to chat more about switching to Front Range Pharmacy Long-Term Care, send us an email to set up a call!
