We check twice a day, every day, for backordered items and try our best to keep you informed. We can't always fix this issue, but we will always offer safe and comparable alternatives when possible.

We electronicly request or fax for your missing refills 10 days before you are projected to run out.
We repeat this process 5 days later and also touch base with you to let you know we are still missing something.
If we still haven't received your refill two days prior to you running out, we will call you and your doctor to make a plan.
